Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign for Marketing Emails and Landing Pages.

Pros

  • Fantastic Customer Support
  • Budget Friendly / High Value service offering
  • Email Deliverability
  • HIPAA and Data Privacy

Cons

  • Platform can be sluggish, especially in reporting and more robust automations
  • 'Pages' could use an upgrade to better compete with LP focused suites
  • Strong return made even better by the great cost
The platform can be a bit sluggish, especially when working on larger projects (e.g. large automations) and reports.
You'll be able to accomplish everything you need to with ActiveCampaign. A lot of these platforms distinguish themselves with bells and whistles. If a certain 'luxury' is important to you, then go with the platform that offers it. Generally speaking, they can all get the job done. That's where value and support come into play. ActiveCampaign is a tremendous value and offers incredible support.

In my experience, ActiveCampaign is not the 'best' solution. There are areas where other platforms perform. However, the performance improvements are in areas that are less valuable, but the cost to get those improvements is very high. Put differently, ActiveCampaign is a solid A-, at a great price with fantastic customer support. You can opt for an A+, but the additional cost to get there simply isn't worth it. ActiveCampaign is going to get the job done at an incredibly fair price. Additionally, they provide a level of HIPAA compliance that is critical if you are in Healthcare.
