Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I am a salesperson of a startup business, and I use Bigin to interact with new and potential customers, we had recently sourced out multiple contact details from a tender website and it was hard to communicate with them as we had to send 1 email per individual but the bulk email feature on Bigin helped a lot with regards to that. It has been a breeze using this app as it is easy to understand, its features are all easily accessible. I also appreciate the unlimited support from Bigin members and the prompt response when you ask questions via email.

Pros

Cons

  • I have not sported any issues with Bigin
  • Bigin helped in pushing my interaction with customers from 30 to 100 per day
  • Provided a way to collaborate effectively with my team
This is because ever since my team and I started using Bigin we have never been stuck to a point where we have no clue on how to use Bigin, the app can be used even by someone who has just started working and has never been exposed to any type of training and soft wares before.
I have not used any other product similar then Bigin by Zoho but I believe it can not get any easier than this.

Bigin by Zoho is very good as it also has a free version though it has limitation, but it works best for startups and small business that cannot afford to have extra costs. So overall this is a cost-effective way to gain access to multiple people at the same time while collaborating with other team members and doing day to day tasks of a business without using a lot of soft wares.
