Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

In our organization, we use ClickUp to manage all the projects associated with our clients, their respective tasks, and assign each one to team members. We meet internally once a week to review our entire planning using ClickUp as our sole tool.

  • The ability to plan all projects has allowed us to save a lot of time in management, significantly reducing meetings, reaching just one per week in a company where we work 100% remotely.
We come from Monday.com, so the adoption has been somewhat quick, although it has required many hours of training on my part for the entire team.
Keeping the projects, their tasks, and the assignment of responsibilities in an organized manner has allowed us to review all our management in an approximately one-hour weekly meeting, making improvements in each project we are handling.
Lower cost per user and more user-friendly customization that can be done in each project management

Simple to use for a moderately advanced user or someone with experience on other platforms. A steep learning curve for users less familiar with this type of platform. Many hours of training are required. This is our case.
