Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp to manage our workflows across about 120 users who all contribute to various projects. We are spread across 11 communities and all work independently. Sometimes a project could bounce between 10+ users, and get approvals from external clients. it has allowed us to break down our processes and customize the platform around our process.

yes - it has really broken down the barriers between the various silos of the business
we were able to move all our project based chats onboard to the platform, reducing time spent in Teams and outlook and keeping the discussion within the platform for all to see
