Collaboration made Easy
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to streamline processes across the company - our ERP system for wholesale orders and Shopify for B2C orders are integrated with it, streamlining workflows and eliminating the need to work across multiple different portals.
The API allows us to integrate it with just about anything - we are able to automate printing, updates to the orders on the eCommerce & ERP platforms, and much more.

Pros
- Powerful API for integrations & automations
- Forms are particularly useful
- Easy tracking of projects and their timelines
Cons
- Some functionality isn't available via the API, such as interacting with Document type custom fields
- UI is still a bit cluttered, which can discourage adoption
- Still no two-way sync with Outlook Calendar
- Dramatically reduced time taken to process orders
- Increased collaboration between team members working on projects
We are using ClickUp to track our overarching company goals, and link the tasks associated with those Goals together. This gives us a bird's eye view of our goals, the strategy behind them, and what is needed to achieve those goals.
It also reduced spread out communications - instead of using Teams and email for scattered comms, all tasks are tracked in one place.

We use Make.com to integrate ClickUp with our ERP system and our Shopify store. This allows us to manage all outbound orders from one central portal. It also allows us to track incoming purchases of raw materials and automate the printing of identification labels, waybills, pick lists, invoices, etc.
Love how ClickUp allows tasks to be opened in their own little window, where you can then see additional info. monday.com forced us to have every field visible as a column, which lead to really complicated and difficult to navigate boards. ClickUp's Lists are cleaner, more customiseable, and more affordable.
