Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Marketing Cloud really helped me to manage my campaigns and draws attention of prospects and understand the values of right marketing which was very insightful to connect with right party and increase chances more revenue for business and improved ROI in everything which mostly in business intelligence and tech services also for engaging with more relevant people as per there interest in our services.

Cons

  • The interface is bit laggy sometimes.
  • Sometimes it gets pop ups of know issues but it gets sorted faster
  • Layout of the screen could be revamped
  • It is good in terms of ROI and as investment for Big Companies
  • It is Expensive so, little difficult to be implemented by big ORG
  • It is reliable but need to be trained to use it.
I trust Salesforce Marketing Cloud which is given results in company which Merit Group for building more successful pipelines and getting more positive buyers at our list by Salesforce campaigns which is very interesting useful for any business to increase ROI and Returns on the investments. we as a team uses 20 licenses is distributed.

It is mostly at better way, but some features are too deep in settings which is too deep to get it but mostly it is useful and helped to drive the marketing activities from the perspective as that helped to send email from cloud which is more interesting and useful as we have reduced the bounce rate and improved on response rate with using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
