Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the main solution for all our communications in B2C and B2B channels to our clients and customers. We have a strong Salesforce deployment with SF Sales, SF Services, SF commerce cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Furthermore, we use it for e-mail communication, SMS communication and push notifications through all of our digital channels. It is used by all of our subsidiaries around the world and is managed centrally by headquarters.

Pros

  • B2B and B2C e-mail campaign management
  • KPIs and metrics
  • Easy to use for non-technical people

Cons

  • Integration with other Salesforce solutions
  • Some areas are too technical
  • Highly expensive solution
  • Source of truth for leads and customers
  • Better account engagement
  • Better e-mail KPIs
Sometimes when we use large amounts of data, we struggle with the complexity of the solution and the synchronization with e-mail service providers. When you face this kind of issues, it is difficult to fins someone at Salesforce that can help your organization with some guidance on an architectural level.
