Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Sprout Social to schedule all social posts to our company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X accounts. I also use it to pull reporting of how those posts are performing, which helps me determine what type of content to post in the future to continue to grow our audience, views, and engagement.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Schedules posts.
Generates overview reporting.
Allows me to tag different posts as part of a campaign, etc.

Cons

Wish there was access to customizing reports without having to purchase the Premium Reporting package.
Wish it was easier to post Instagram stories directly through Sprout.
Wish there were more custom plans - lots of features I pay for but don't use.
