We use Sprout Social to manage our social media presence, which includes platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Sprout Social allows us to manage all of these social media platforms from one web platform. The product makes it easy to make posts, reply to comments/DMs, quickly gather analytics and more.

Sprout Social allows us to generate data and analytics reports at the click of the most. The ability to quickly build custom reports is an awesome product feature. We're able to quickly take this data and information and analyze it to improve our social media program. Leadership also finds value in looking at this data.
We actually migrated to Sprout Social from another service. The main reason we did so is because of the reliability of the service and its ease of use. Another big reason that we made the switch to Sprout Social is because of the service's robust data and analytics tools that we use on a day to day basis.
