If we are talking about ecommerce I think SALESmanago wins for the variety of tools he has. Hubspot clearly is better than SALESmanago on CRM and reporting are area but it doesn't have the same variety of tools such as RFM, Website recommendations, social proofs and so on. The other platforms do other jobs than SM and they don't have a CDP.

We use SALESmanago [CDP & Marketing Automation] because we want to ease efforts in inbound marketing and multichannel marketing automation. Tool is user friendly UX.
