Wrike works well for all kind of project planning, when talking about giving tasks to persons, especially in creative jobs which do not need special equipment (so computer work). The problem of missing material resources is a very big issue for jobs working in laboratories or in general with expensive materials. I love the flexibility of Wrike, that it can be configured to the company and colleagues specially needs.

Wrike is user-friendly.

I've used other PPM tools, but Wrike stands out as more user-friendly and easier to understand when managing projects and scrum activities.

Great Project Management Tool - Go for it.

Wrike is best suited for project management, task management, summarizing requests received by the team, open tasks, in-queue tasks, project tracking, etc. It helps with project management excellently, and I would love to recommend it. Analytics is good, but there is a high chance of improvement.

From Zero to Wrike!

Wrike is user friendly - Many of us have multiple systems that we live in and having a project management system that makes it easy to use is very helpful. The different views for projects help the user set up how they want to see the tasks. There are many users that like to view the project in different ways that is more efficient to them.

Wrike - more of an online Spreadsheet

My organization previously used Google Sheets to collaborate with subcontractors, but we've since transitioned to Wrike. It’s user-friendly, offers formulas, and allows for customizable fields. Wrike has been a game-changer—rather than sharing Google Sheets with external customers (who often accidentally delete formulas), users can simply submit a request form without needing to log in. All details are then displayed in a table view, making management much more efficient.
