Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use ActiveCampaign as an email marketing solution to monetize my online blog, Shopify store, and membership. It helps me to reach and engage individuals across the world who trust my opinion about the professional cleaning industry.

Pros

Cons

  • Pricing structure
  • Offer cheaper pay options
  • No coding when creating forms
  • It's good for the simple automations I need it for. Simple email marketing.
  • I don't use this platform for anything else outside of sending automated emails.
Again, it is great for what I need it for - sending emails. I don't need it for many of the options it has created of the past 5 years.

I'm paying $170 per month for 6100 contacts. There are many cheaper options. Besides, most times I deal with glitches in the system. (My colors for hyperlinks don't always should up in emails. The font size will change. I can't copy and paste from 1 email to a new email. The new drop and go system has a few bugs so I've decided to keep using the old platform.

Great automations.

Prices should be more competitive with other platforms such as Convertkit, Flow Desk, Mail Chimp, MailerLite. Active Campaign has become very robust - but I don't necessarily need all of that.
