Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

I use ClickUp to create automated streamlined workflows to support laboratory operation and to manage development projects across laboratory teams. ClickUp is also used to track scheduled tasks, incident reporting and track team workload. Supporting teams across multiple sites and 24/5 operations.

  • Identification of all scheduled tasks reduces the potential for audit citations
  • Tracking incidents means downtime is minimized
  • Creating collaborative tasks means that everyone has access to the information they need immediately reducing lost time
ClickUp makes collaboration with other teams, shifts and organisations simple.
Access levels can be adjusted so that everyone has access to only what they need, while staying on the same page.
No information is lost & opportunity for improvement is easier to identify.
Automating manual paper forms into digital workflows has simplified processes and reduced paper and printing across the organisation - making the processes more sustainable.
Trello was used initially for task & project management. The eLearning available & community of ClickUp made it much easier to identify other usage options.

ClickUp is amazing for multi user, or team collaboration, especially when working across multiple sites, organisations, and shifts.
It doesn't currently have CFR Part11 accreditation so it cannot be used for GMP work
