Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

I use Contractor Foreman to keep all project documents in one easy access place. In the past we keep pictures in one file. We kept change orders in one file. Estimates etc. in separate files. Now we have an easy access location by going to projects to see the estimates including the schedules etc. We access these items while being on the jobsites.

Pros

  • Estimate templates for that allow line items a broader scope of an estimate template to be selected.
  • Training with CF is outstanding. Live chat as well as countless videos.
  • Talk to text is a great feature for adding notes to a project.

Cons

  • I am fairly new to CF. 6 months. I haven't found any blindspots. Just the usual learning curve
  • We easily save a lot of money not looking for pictures and job documents
  • It's given us a structure for our company to adhere to
  • In my world the pricing for what we get is outstanding.
Easy to learn and adapt to. For us we needed it so badly we welcomed it and it has been a great software for us. It also helps us look good to our clients. When we are consistent with our correspondence to our customers it shows a professionalism on our end. Easy to recommend this to smaller contractors.

I recommend it all the time to my contractor friends who struggle with keeping things organized. When I tell via verbal, text or email, a General Contractor a note or something that needs done and they forget, I recommend Contractor Foreman to them. The To Do list function is outstanding and very helpful for us.
