Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

Sending emails to website clients.
It allows me to contact many people all at once and is connected to my Shopify database.

Pros

  • Sends email quickly
  • Ties into social media
  • Has nice templates

Cons

  • No spell check
  • Clunky interface for photos, hard to edit to fit the spaces provided in templates
  • Too many steps to connect to social media
  • Easy to announce events and sales
No, it’s too complicated to make use of for our audience
  • Campaign templates
  • Email marketing
Not much impact
It takes forever to write a newsletter
It’s a little better than the Shopify email device
