Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

We have been using Mailchimp for our organization's dealer communications for many years. It is flexible, dependable, and provides great tracking details. Over the years, we have expanded our use to promote industry events and follow-up email campaigns for our e-commerce site. Drag-and-drop templates make changing design and content a quick task, which is huge with busy schedules.

Mailchimp is great for sending emails to a large, constantly changing contact list. Its ability to clean up inactive users saves time from manually removing them one by one. Also, the flexibility to add large groups or contacts one by one on the fly gives great flexibility. We currently have five different lists that are easily maintained through the audience section.
