Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp

We use Intuit Mailchimp to send out emails, event updates, and business updates to our customer list. We like to keep our customers up to date with that is going on within the business. We also use Intuit Mailchimp to collect email addresses using the pop-up automation feature on our website.

Pros

  • Test email options before sending

Cons

  • Clearly separating email addresses that are not valid or unsubscribed
  • Clearly separating paind templates from free templates
  • Clearly stating the monthly pricing options
  • positive - constant contact with customers
  • Negative - not a large open rate
  • positive - Time saving
  • Negative - integration to other apps is not seamless (i.e. Canva)
At this time I have benefited from using Intuit Mailchimp as Marketing CRM, being able to put people into groups and segments for easier contact. Aside from this I have not noticed the benefits of the audience management features.

Email marketing and campaign templates have helped me achieve my business goals.
Over tha past 10 years Intuit Mailchimp has scaled quite well with my small business. We have a team of 5 people and it works well for all of our use.

Intuit Mailchimp is great for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly emails. Intuit Mailchimp can use improvement when allowing a freelancer or contractor access to the account to create content for the account owner. That is not easy to set up and the instructions are not clear when listed on the Intuit Mailchimp website. Also when I called in for assistance the representative was not familiar with this option.
