Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ISL Light is used wherever a remote desktop is needed, OlwaysOn agents are installed and appropriate administrators are assigned. Other ISL Online functions are used less often, but they are also used. To be honest, I miss broader, more understandable and adaptable information, descriptions, and training materials for using ISL Online.

Usability

ISL Light is easy to use, even for a beginner or a user who has been working for many years. However, it lacks a proper description, training material, how to go from a "standard" user to an "advanced" one and get benefits not only for the customers but also for the company using this product.

Alternatives Considered

AnyDesk, TeamViewer and Microsoft Teams

ISL Light, although paid software, is much easier to use than all the above programs, because they have not only ads, but also other, never-to-be-added "spam". This program is suitable for almost all devices, from Windows to Android or iOS. It does not have any ads. It does not offer to press all kinds of buttons in order to perform elementary actions necessary for work, etc.

ISL Light has room for improvement, but this program, despite its really high price, performs all the daily functions of an IT administrator and does not require any additional programs in order to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot problems or access the necessary computers where updates or other functions need to be performed. ISL light can also be used when preparing computers for work, when you need to work with two or more computers at the same time.
