As a tabletop gaming company, we use Klaviyo to manage email marketing by sending targeted newsletters to customers, or to share product information with retailer and distributor partners. Klaviyo enables automated flows, such as welcome emails for new subscribers and reminders for abandoned carts. The flows our customized for timely and relevant messaging that help drive engagement, sales, and foster stronger relationships with customers and business partners through seamless automation.

Klaviyo’s behavioral data allows us to identify customers with low engagement, such as low open rates, click rates, and conversions. We can then target these segments with tailored campaigns to re-engage them. After multiple attempts have been made without results, we can unsubscribe those inactive emails, improving our list quality and focusing on customers more likely to engage.
Klaviyo has significantly enhanced our customer journey by improving retention with automated checkout reminders that boost conversions, and A/B testing to educate us on our audience's interests and demand. It's very effective at allowing us to customize our experience that makes the most sense for our brand.
MailChimp was adequate for basic email marketing, but Klaviyo offers a far superior experience with its advanced segmentation, automated flows, and deep integration with Shopify. Klaviyo’s behavioral data analysis and A/B testing provide more precise targeting, while its robust reporting tools help us understand customer preferences better. Overall, Klaviyo’s features are more tailored to our needs, making it a more powerful and effective platform.
