Overall Satisfaction with Notion

As head of operations, I organized the company's entire control through Notion. We use it to organize tasks, sectors, pipelines, customer cases, and more. Basically, Notion is a Lego that we can create as we wish. In addition, we use the visualizations for timelines, planning, viewing results, monitoring customer stages, defining projects, and organizing teams. There is also the possibility of creating customized formulas with dependencies on other columns, which is very useful for the company I work for.

Very easy to use (I learned how to use everything on my own) and I was able to set up an entire ecosystem without any courses or other tools. I often say that Notion is like Lego for adults, because there we can use all the available tools to create a multitude of things, from funnels to projects with calculated deadlines and tags.
The first major difference is the ability to create formulas using other columns and even using other formulas. This increases the possibility of customization to another level. I couldn't do the same things using these other tools. The second is the infinite number of things that can be done with Notion; you could practically set up the structure of a company there.

At the company I work for, we use Notion as an organizational base for all sectors and projects. For example, we use it for the marketing team, customer support team, among others. And for each one, we can create pipelines, tasks, due dates, execution time, tags with different colors. It's something very versatile that helps with everything around here. We've even created a sales funnel in Notion.
