All My Work in One Place
Overall Satisfaction with Notion
I use Notion to organize all my client work. It helps me create monthly content calendars, keep track of meetings, manage to-do lists, and track tasks. It has solved the problem of managing many tasks and projects at once. I also use it to track progress on what needs to be done so I don’t forget anything.
Pros
- Organizing all my monthly content calendars
- Tracks tasks with checklists and deadlines
- Breaks down projects into manageable tasks
- Customizable templates as per my requirements
Cons
- Can be slow to load with large projects.
- Mobile app feels less smooth than desktop.
- Can get overwhelming sometimes with too many pages
- I don’t need to use many tools anymore. Everything is in one place, saving me hours every week.
- I can share content plans and updates with clients directly, so fewer emails are needed.
- I spend less time organizing and more time growing my business.
- Trello and Google Sheets
I like Notion more than Trello and Google Sheets because it has the best parts of both. Trello is good for making lists of tasks, but it can’t do much else. Google Sheets is great for organizing data, but it can get messy. I chose Notion because I can make lists, tables, and calendars all in one place. It’s easy to use and keeps everything tidy, so I don’t have to switch between different apps.
