Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use Sprout Social to support our social media efforts including posting across multiple brands and platforms. It provides an easy-to-use interface that allows our team to streamline and customize content. We also use Sprout Social to listen and engage with users and participate in relevant conversations. Finally, the platform offers robust analytics tools to dive into the results.

  • Social media platforms don't always play nice with Sprout so it will always be a challenge to get all integrations to work properly.
  • Sprout Social is a growing organization and they are acquiring new technologies, which can be good. However, they often spend time in meetings upselling new services. I like to learn about enhancements and opportunities but prefer to focus on my investments first.

Yes, Sprout Social helps us measure and improve the return on investment for our social media efforts. First, by leveraging Advanced Analytics, we are able to do a deeper dive into our key performance indicators including engagement, reach and conversions. Furthermore, we can track our costs for each campaign to ensure we are not exceeding budgets or reduce and reallocate spend when necessary.
We primarily integrate Sprout into our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. Unfortunately Sprout does not always have the ability to get metrics from Reels and other features on social platforms so it is often difficult to get a holistic view of all campaigns. Also, the data from YouTube often has to be evaluated separately from the other platforms.
Sprout Social is an excellent social media platform based on usability. Compared to other platforms we have used, Sprout has a great interface with the ability to add new Profiles to the contract. The setup time is minimal and once someone is trained to use the features, it is a robust social media management platform.
Sprout Social is by far the most robust social media management platform I have worked with. Compared to Hootsuite, Sprout is designed for mid to large size businesses whereas Hootsuite is lower cost with entry level functionality ideal for smaller businesses. Sprout has much more detailed analytics than Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Social Studio platform.

Sprout Social is a great platform for mid-size to larger organizations who have multiple brands and have to manage social accounts across multiple channels. It is a great tool for smaller teams as well to help streamline social outreach efforts and provides the ability to listen, engage and analyze as well.
