Overall Satisfaction with Xero

The whole business uses Xero as our main accounting platform, but especially the accounting department.

Pros

  • It’s all web based which means that you can access your accounting from anywhere.
  • Very easy and practical to create and send invoices to your clients. You can customize it to your business, it’s fast and really easy.
  • You don’t need to install anything to use Xero, and you don’t need any maintenance.

Cons

  • It would be nice to have videos online for those who are new to Xero.
  • Should be available in other languages.
  • The cash reporting is bad.
  • We stopped paying for a software that gave us more issues than help
Xero is the best we’ve had because it’s all online based with plenty of support and growth.
It’s great for creating fast invoices and quotes for clients. It’s also fast and easy to keep your accounting up to date.
