HubSpot Marketing Hub is far more user-friendly compared to Get Respond and Mailchimp which is known for being complex and requiring a steep learning curve. HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder for emails, landing pages, and workflows is ideal for users who don’t have advanced technical expertise.

We and our clients have used all of these platforms and where they fall short is ...
- Usability: they are generally built for operation and not the typical marketer. HubSpot is by far the best experience for the user.
- All in one: other platforms are bolt-ons whereas HubSpot is all 'under the hood' which makes data consistency a breeze
- Price: these platforms are expensive - HubSpot has a user based model with growth pricing that increases as product ROI does.

I think HubSpot Marketing Hub is more intuitive - with workflows, with reporting, with creation of landing pages and emails. It felt like everything was more complicated and required more steps with Pardot, leaving more room for error. And while Pardot is natively integrated with SFDC, the HubSpot API with SFDC covers off on that.

While they are good in their own ways, I've always found them incomplete for implementing an all-round marketing strategy. This is the tool that integrates marketing and sales services making it easier for teams to collaborate and bring in good results. Additionally, I really liked the advanced analytics and report features that give insight to our efficieny. Also, the comprehensive features of HubSpot allows us to save a lot of time.

The HubSpot Marketing Hub is much easier to use, previews are more accurate, allows for easy preview text. Virtuous is clunky for building out emails and automations.
