Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

Mecca utilizes GoTo for our office's VOIP phone solution, providing all communication via voice and text. GoTo solves our need for advanced call trees, cascading call routing, and after-hours routing.

Pros

  • GoPilot makes issues solvable by yourself, and provides detailed information.
  • Dial plans are user friendly, and adaptable to our business needs.
  • Call tracking, and call recordings are easily accessible, and available.

Cons

  • The default number functionality has added complexity and is not business-friendly when making outbound calls with multiple numbers.
  • Would like more video type trainings through GoTo.
  • Secondary extensions did not work as expected when assigning routing.
  • Cost savings have been minimal- it is a competitive market.
  • GoTo is an easier self-service option.
  • Analytics have helped us focus man hours on high volume call times.
Implementation was made easier by our onboarding representative, who helped us port over phone numbers on the exact date and time of our choosing, which was a huge relief. We were not guessing when the number ported over. We were provided with information on the system and received a general training on dial plans and basic setup.
We have benefited from GoTo's phones and messaging, but are too integrated with Microsoft to consider using GoTo for meetings.
GoTo works as expected, unlike other VOIP providers that often have unfriendly user interfaces and products that don't function as intended.
