Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Marketing Hub

Marketing automation is a key part of our inbound marketing strategy and HubSpot Marketing Hub is key for lead generation and nurturing of leads. We also schedule social media, use dashboards for analytics and thus we can work with a data driven approach in all marketing efforts. We also send newsletters.

  • Errors when uploading carousel posts, they often don't get published on Instagram
  • AI tools for writing in Swedish
  • Pricing for smaller companies
  • Automating lead nurturing results in sales reps spending time on warm prospects, saves time
  • Structured approach to sales with the Prospecting tool
  • Increase conversions in forms
It is a bit complex to get started and the carousel posts not working is a minus. There is a lot of documentation and help available though. Really easy to set up and optimize workflows. Possible to stay on track with campaigns and share hard numbers within the organization in a clear way.
It is an all in one solution that makes it possible to just work with one system for CRM, marketing, sales, etc. Better reports this way and this supports the customer journey. The contact/customer data is at the center of everything so no sales calls, emails, etc. will be sent with the wrong or untimely offers.

Less appropriate for smaller organizations since you have to buy so many different "hubs" in order to get the functionality you need. Great if you are a larger company, automations save a lot of time in marketing but also sales, customer support, etc.
