We also schedule social media, use dashboards for analytics and thus we can work with a data driven approach in all marketing efforts. We also send newsletters.

It is an all in one solution that makes it possible to just work with one system for CRM, marketing, sales, etc. Better reports this way and this supports the customer journey. The contact/customer data is at the center of everything so no sales calls, emails, etc. will be sent with the wrong or untimely offers.
