Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp for monthly newsletters and client event alerts. We use it to keep in touch with current prospects, past clients, and families in our database. We also use it for client event invitations and reminders to increase attendance at our yearly client events. First, alerts go out about eight weeks in advance.

Very usable for myself and my admin; older clients may have trouble with putting together an email newsletter, though.
It ties into my Command platform through my real estate company, allowing me to add contacts from my database directly to different Mailchimp mailing lists.
More exposure, higher client event attendance, and RSVP percentages.

It is well suited for simple to moderately detailed newsletters, but less appropriate for photo-heavy newsletters. Good for basic to moderate newsletters, harder to add too much customization so we often use a third-party editing site to create our needed graphics/info graphs and then add them into MailChimp to send out to the audience.
